These Terms of Use explain the rules for using the RetroColor Android application. By using RetroColor, you agree to these Terms.
RetroColor is a photo colorization app that helps users colorize black-and-white images and save or share generated results.
You are responsible for the photos you select, capture, colorize, save, and share. Do not use RetroColor to process or distribute content that violates the rights of others, violates the law, or is harmful, abusive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.
RetroColor uses automated image colorization. Generated colors are artistic estimates and may not represent the real historical colors of clothing, objects, people, places, or events. You should not rely on the output as factual evidence.
RetroColor may display advertisements through Google AdMob. Ad availability, format, and personalization may depend on your region, device settings, and consent choices.
RetroColor may use third-party services, including Google AdMob, Google's User Messaging Platform, Android system services, OpenCV-related components, and model hosting services. These services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
RetroColor, including its design, branding, and app-specific materials, is owned by its developer or licensors. You retain any rights you have in your own photos, subject to the rights of other people or organizations that may apply to those photos.
You agree not to misuse RetroColor, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, interfere with app operation, attempt to abuse advertising systems, or use the app for unlawful activity.
RetroColor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every image or device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RetroColor and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms when the app, policies, or legal requirements change. Continued use of RetroColor after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
