Common help topics

Model download is slow or fails

RetroColor may need to download a large colorization model file before the first colorization. Use a stable Wi-Fi connection and try again.

Colorization fails

Try a smaller or clearer black-and-white photo. Very large images may be resized by the app to reduce memory use.

Saved image location

Saved images are placed in your device gallery, usually in a RetroColor folder under Pictures.

Ads and consent

RetroColor uses ads to support the free app. In some regions, you may be asked for consent before personalized ads are requested.
